1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Maciej Kowalski, acting as an individual. For any matter concerning your personal data, contact biznes.iluzjonista@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
Show enquiry form: name, email address and message (required), and optionally the occasion or show, the location and the event date.
With each submission we also record the submission time, the page it was sent from, the form language, a technical request identifier, the delivery status of the notification email, and a salted cryptographic hash of your IP address (the IP address itself is not stored).
If you contact us directly by email or phone, we process the information you provide in that correspondence.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Responding to your show enquiry and preparing an offer or agreement – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract), and performance of the contract once concluded.
Protecting the forms against spam and abuse (IP hash, submission rate limits) and handling submissions reliably – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller's legitimate interest).
Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims and meeting legal obligations relating to concluded agreements – Article 6(1)(f) and (c) GDPR.
4. Recipients
Data is processed on our behalf by technical service providers: Lovable (website hosting and Lovable Cloud, the database where submissions are stored), Resend (sending the submission notification email) and Google (the Gmail inbox that receives notifications and correspondence).
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
The providers listed above may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Where this happens, transfers rely on the GDPR mechanisms used by those providers (such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision). You can request further details by writing to us.
6. Retention
Data from enquiries that do not result in a booking or business relationship is kept for 12 months from the last contact and then deleted.
Data relating to concluded agreements is kept only as long as the law requires or as is reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, write to biznes.iluzjonista@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl), or with the authority in your country of residence.
8. Is providing data required?
Providing data is voluntary. Without the fields marked as required we cannot accept your enquiry. Optional fields only help us give a more precise answer.
9. Cookies and analytics
The website uses no analytics or advertising tools and sets no tracking cookies. We do not make automated decisions about you or profile you.
